Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

We ship to addresses worldwide except for countries with shipping restrictions or service suspensions. Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees which are calculated once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and product(s) for proof.
Incorrect Address Returns
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
